DR. GAYLORD WARDELL BSC, MD, FRCP

Dr. Wardell, a seasoned medical professional with a distinguished career spanning over four decades as a practicing surgical anesthesiologist, currently serves as the esteemed Medical Director at Eleusis. His extensive experience, particularly his profound understanding of chronic pain management developed during the latter 15 years of his career, has uniquely equipped him to oversee and ensure the physical and mental well-being of all participants during their transformative medicine experiences in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

 

As the Medical Director, Dr. Wardell plays a pivotal role in shaping the Eleusis experience. He meticulously approves all protocols, ensuring they adhere to the highest safety and ethical standards. Moreover, he maintains a vigilant watch over the health and safety of each participant throughout their stay at the resort, providing expert medical guidance and support whenever needed. His profound understanding of pain management, especially in cases where the origin remains unknown (idiopathic pain), has been instrumental in his enthusiastic embrace of psychedelic therapies. These innovative treatments have shown remarkable promise in addressing a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction, which often manifest with chronic pain as a primary symptom.

 

Dr. Wardell’s passion for research and data-driven care is evident in his leadership approach. He is committed to leading a team that is dedicated to making a significant and lasting positive impact on the lives of those who seek solace and healing through Eleusis’s programs. Dr. Andrew Ferber M.D. Lead Psychiatrist

Dr. Andrew Ferber, a distinguished figure in the fields of psychiatry and holistic medicine, boasts an impressive career spanning over six decades. His vast experience is complemented by over 50 years as both a meditator and a meditation teacher. His influence extends to academia, where he served as an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Currently, he holds the position of Director at The Osho Institute for the Art of Living and Dying.

 

Dr. Ferber’s contributions to the field of family therapy are noteworthy. He is the author of “The Book of Family Therapy,” and he led a globally recognized family therapy training program, establishing himself as a leading authority in the field.

 

A passionate advocate for healing through psychedelic therapy. His first LSD experience was in 1957 in a clinical study. Dr. Ferber has dedicated his life to spreading these principles across the globe. His healing touch has reached people on five continents, and he has tirelessly imparted his knowledge about pathways to well-being through his teachings. His expertise also encompasses Tibetan Bardo teachings, which he is authorized to transmit and update, focusing on the profound journey of Death & Rebirth.

 

Dr. Ferber’s extensive experience in helping over 25,000 individuals has led him to a profound realization: each person holds the reins to their own life. He guides people towards self-discovery, encouraging them to delve deep within themselves to discern what truly aligns with their being. Through this process, he empowers them to navigate away from suffering and towards a life filled with celebration.

DR. ANDREW GALLIMORE, PhD

Dr. Andrew Gallimore is a renowned neurobiologist, chemist, and pharmacologist, recognized for his groundbreaking work on psychedelic compounds and their role in shaping consciousness. His research explores the intersection of neuroscience, pharmacology, and the nature of reality, with a particular focus on DMT and extended-state psychedelic experiences.

As a key collaborator with Dr. Rick Strassman, Gallimore co-developed the extended-state DMT pharmacokinetic model, a revolutionary method for sustaining DMT experiences in a controlled, medical setting—laying the foundation for DMT X. His book, Alien Information Theory: Psychedelic Drug Technologies and the Cosmic Game, presents a visionary framework for understanding how psychedelics influence human perception and cognition.

Currently based in Tokyo, Japan, Dr. Gallimore continues to push the boundaries of psychedelic science. His latest work, Reality Switch Technologies: Psychedelics as Tools for the Discovery and Exploration of New Worlds, expands on the potential of psychedelics as gateways to unexplored dimensions of consciousness.

At Eleusis, Dr. Gallimore’s pioneering research is at the core of our approach. His expertise ensures that DMT X is delivered in a scientifically precise, medically supervised, and profoundly transformative way—offering guests unparalleled access to the frontiers of consciousness.

His contributions to the field continue to reshape the future of psychedelic medicine, unlocking new possibilities for therapy, self-discovery, and human evolution.

CARL HAYDEN SMITH

Carl Hayden Smith is a Director at Noonautics, Founder of the Museum of Consciousness, co-founder of the Cyberdelics Nexus and a Professor of Media. Carl is focused on using both technological and biological means to study and modify the nature of consciousness, his research concentrates on the relationship between technology and the human condition. Carl is developing ‘Hyperhumanism’ which reframes technology as a catalyst for developing our own innate human abilities. Another key area of Smith’s research is Context Engineering, which emphasises the importance of designing appropriate contexts for psychedelic research. Carl has also been very fortunate to be a participant of the N,N-DMT research at Imperial College London for the last eight years and has been through all three phases, including: i) EEG ii) EEG+FMRI and iii) DMTx. Carl was also the first person in the world to sustain the full 5 doses of DMTx during the pilot phase of the study. Raising over £10 million in research funding, he has given over 300 invited public lectures, conference presentations and keynotes in 40 countries and published more than 50 academic papers. His research interests also include Holotechnica, Embodied Cognition, Spatial Literacy, Umwelt Hacking and Sensory Augmentation.

DR. MURRAY HEBER, DC

Dr. Murray Heber is a Chiropractor with a deep understanding of high-performance sport, stemming from his background as a Track & Field and Bobsleigh athlete. His extensive experience in professional sports, spanning over two decades, has seen him work with elite athletes in the NHL, CFL, and at prestigious events like the World Cup and Olympics. Throughout his career, Dr. Heber has worked with athletes from diverse disciplines, including Track & Field, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Bobsleigh & Skeleton, and Para-Nordic Skiing.

 

A Holistic Approach to Athletic Achievement

 

Dr. Heber’s distinctive approach to optimizing athletic performance is rooted in a holistic philosophy. He believes that peak performance is achieved through the integration of technical training, strength & conditioning, manual therapeutics, and mental performance. This comprehensive approach ensures that athletes are not only physically prepared but also mentally equipped to excel in their chosen sport.

Dr. Heber’s accomplishments extend beyond the realm of sports and science. He holds an Executive-MBA, and values his roles as a husband and father. In his personal time, he enjoys road cycling, cooking, and immersing himself in the melodies of jazz music.
