Pre-immersion Preparation: Once cleared, you’ll receive a WHOOP band for biometric tracking, preparatory materials, and be matched with an integration guide. Setting Intentions: You’ll work with your guide to clarify your goals and intentions for the immersion. Immersion: During your stay, you’ll participate in group integration, daily yoga and meditation, and transformative medicine journeys. Post-immersion Integration: After leaving, you’ll have weekly integration calls for four weeks to help ground your experience.

“Set” refers to your mindset going into the experience; “setting” is the physical and social environment. Both are crucial in shaping your journey. What are the accommodations like?
You'll stay in one of several private villas, each with spacious interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, private pools, and breathtaking island views. Each villa is shared by two participants and features two private, lockable bedrooms, meaning you will have your own private room and bathroom. The living room and shared spaces are enjoyed with your villa-mate, creating opportunities for connection while still maintaining personal comfort and privacy.

Our acclaimed restaurant serves organic, locally sourced cuisine and the freshest seafood. We are developing a low-inflammatory food program to support optimal health and healing during your stay. Please let us know about any specific dietary needs in advance.
