Bianca Abbott

Bianca Abbott is a Psychedelic Nurse Practitioner, Transformational Wellness Coach, and founder of LunaFast, a globally recognized holistic fasting and detoxification program. With advanced training in Functional and Integrative Medicine, she bridges Eastern, Western, and indigenous healing traditions to support comprehensive mind-body wellness.

Bianca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eckerd College, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from New York University, and a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Miami. Through LunaFast and her clinical work, she has supported thousands of individuals worldwide with personalized detoxification, nervous system regulation, and integrative health protocols.
