Charles Patti is the Chief Visionary Officer and Co-Founder of Eleusis, where he helps lead the next evolution of consciousness exploration through the integration of psychedelic medicine, human transformation, and clinically grounded care.
Prior to Eleusis, Charles founded MY Self Wellness, an award-winning ketamine treatment center that delivered more than 20,000 psychedelic assisted treatments while helping pioneer a more integrative, human centered model of mental health and transformational care.
Charles’ work is deeply informed by his own personal journey overcoming addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma through psychedelic medicine, meditation, and profound inner work. That experience became the foundation for his mission: helping others reconnect with purpose, meaning, and the deeper dimensions of consciousness.
At Eleusis, Charles helps shape a new paradigm for extended-state psychedelic exploration one that merges ancient wisdom, modern medical infrastructure, intentional integration, and deep reverence for the human experience. His vision is rooted in a simple belief: when people are given the right environment, safety, and support, profound healing and transformation become possible.
