WALLY
Lead Integration Guide
Walter “Wally” Screnci is a psychedelic integration specialist and wellness executive with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, performance optimization, and transformational health environments.
He holds a BFA in Sculpture and Painting from the Atlanta College of Art and is a Level 2 Certified Sommelier. His entry into psychedelic healing began through his own initiation in addiction recovery — an experience that informs his grounded, ethical, and client-centered approach to integration work.
For the past six years, Wally has worked as an integration guide in retreat and clinical settings supporting ayahuasca, iboga (ibogaine), psilocybin, 5-MeO-DMT, and N,N-DMT experiences, helping individuals translate expanded states of awareness into sustainable behavioral change. While he has extensive experience supporting recovery-focused journeys, his current work includes involvement in a project exploring ibogaine-assisted treatment applications for Parkinson’s disease.
He has also served as an integration guide within ketamine-assisted therapy clinics in Austin, Texas, and held executive leadership roles in health and wellness, including Branch Manager for Optimize in Phoenix, Arizona, overseeing operations and performance-based programming.
His professional focus includes structured integration frameworks, functional fitness, human optimization, and cross-cultural philosophy. Wally currently serves on the Board of Directors for Sadiya Healing Sanctuary in Scottsdale, Arizona.
At Eleusis, he leads integration strategy and client support, ensuring transformational experiences are translated into measurable growth, clarity, and embodied action.
